6 Reasons Why Blogger Is Better Than Wordpress

The problem that every newbie blogger faces is the selection of a blogging platform. Assuming that any one who wishes to get started with Blogger, I believe the points that I have mentioned below are enough to choose Blogger as a blogging platform over WordPress. But before I could make any point here, I would just like to say that its all about setting priorities. I would say that its totally up to the user. Below are the six points that make Blogger a better blogging platform than Wordpress.

What does that mean? It means that Blogger provides 100% Free Hosting with up time! No need of worrying about your blog getting down in your entire blogging career. Now that's something bloggers always keep looking for. But sad to say that WordPress doesn't provide any hosting service for free. It actually does but your WordPress blog would be a sub domain of Wordpress (yourblog.wordpress.com). Where as, you simply pay 8-10$ every year (to buy a domain) and then your blog looks like a professional self hosted blog.

2. Customize Your Template Easily

In WordPress, it is not actually simple to customize your template's coding. This is one of the major factors due to which I recommend Blogger over Wordpress. Unless you don't pay for a template that suite your choice, you would hardly get any template that is 100% perfect with all those best blogging tools installed inside it. It would never happen.

 So I would say that its really a huge plus for Blogger, we could easily install a simple template, one with just a sidebar and a footer. Now further template customizations can be easily done through Edit HTML option with the help of tons of online tutorials to make your template look like a professional one.

3. Earn Money Without Any Investment

Working with free WordPress i.e as a sub domain of wordpress (yourblog.wordpress.com) doesn't actually allow you to put Google Adsense ads. You actually need to invest your money to buy domain and hosting for your blog and only then, you will be able to add Adsense Ads. But on Blogger even with sub-domains (yourblog.blogspot.com) you can easily display Google Adsense ads. So I guess that there is hardly any thing that WordPress users enjoy and Blogger users don't. When you aren't actually getting any extra benefit from WordPress that you don't get from Blogger, then why should you spend extra loads of money over hosting? That's the first question that I ask every blogger who thinks that Wordpress is better and has features that Blogger lack.
